Biography

Dr Low Mei-Yi is a fellowship-trained ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) surgeon with over 20 years of experience. She has a strong focus on paediatric ENT conditions, particularly those related to ear and hearing issues, airway and breathing difficulties, and sleep-related concerns in children.

Dr Low previously led the Department of Paediatric Otolaryngology at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where she cared for a wide range of ENT conditions in young patients — from common infections like tonsillitis and sinusitis to complex cases involving snoring, hearing loss, and voice disorders.

She graduated from the National University of Singapore, completed specialist training locally, and pursued a clinical fellowship at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Dedicated to education and training, Dr Low has served as core faculty for the SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency Program and continues to examine ENT specialist trainees. Her work has earned national recognition, including the Singapore Health Quality Service Award and the COVID-19 Resilience Medal.
